Prime minister Edi Rama said that this investment will be launched next year, ''There is no turning back''. Soon will be approved the budget for the project. 

The project represents the best changes expected to take place in the center, an important part of which is the river "Gjanica".

The implementation of the Fier city center project and the placement of the Gjanica River started today with the first step of the release of the territory. As announced, there has been demolished 40 objects.      

Even for the skeptics there is no room for doubt, Gjanica is turning to identity. Buildings along the riverbed at the central axis of the city are now paving the way for implementing the most ambitious project.

This project foresees as a priority of the contemporary and modern center as well as the arrangement and cleaning of the River Gjanica.
