IKMT follows from 29 January the action in Fier for the implementation of the city center project and rehabilitation of the Gjanica River. In the first phase of the action, 24 buildings have collapsed.

With the demolition of these constructions, the aim is to rehabilitate the public spaces. The new project is being carried out within the framework of the re-concept of the city center and rehabilitation of Gjanica.
The Council of Fier has approved last year the reconstruction project of Fier center. The re-design of the center of Fier is the project selected by the competition held in the beginning of 2017 in Fier municipality.
